Chelsea Hendershot received a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in business administration.  Before transitioning to education, she spent eight impactful years in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where she honed her skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Chelsea's journey in education began with a four-year tenure as an administrator at Shasta College, after which she embraced her passion for teaching.  Since the fall of 2019, she has been teaching students part-time at Mendocino College and has been a full-time instructor in the business program at Shasta College since the fall of 2020.
Chelsea Currently resides in Redding, California where she enjoys life with her husband and two energetic boys.
