I have a BA in Romance Languages (Spanish and French) from the University of Oregon and an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language from Interamerican University in Puerto Rico.  I taught ESL at the Interamerican University in Puerto Rico and at various institutions in Brazil, including the Universidad Católica de Brasil.  After returning from abroad, I spent several years teaching high school Spanish.  Presently I teach and coordinate English Language Development at Round Valley Unified School District in Covelo, CA. I also teach ESL and High School Equivalency Classes for Mendocino College.
