Homeowners and builders face a number of options when considering how they want to construct a home, and understanding the different energy upgrades available is important. The Mendocino College Sustainable Construction and Energy Technology program is offering a workshop to help homeowners and builders make wise decisions throughout the process.
Energy Rebates for the Home, a FREE workshop, will take place on Wednesday, October 17 from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm in Room 4210, at the Mendocino College Ukiah campus (Library Building). Participants will hear from local renewable energy professionals Chandra Apperson of Apperson Energy Management and Richard Silsbee of Radiant Solar Technology to learn about energy rebates and opportunities available for the home. PLEASE RSVP for this evening workshop at https://energyrebates.brownpapertickets.com.
The workshop will provide an overview of the topic and present the right questions to ask when weighing options. Attendees will also have an opportunity for a Q&A and meet and greet with the pros. RSVP soon to lock in your seat for this educational home building workshop!
