Transcripts

Effective March 23rd, Admissions and Records services moved online.  We encourage all students requesting official transcripts to use the secure email delivery service offered through Parchment to ensure timely processing and delivery.  Please email any questions to: transcript@mendocino.edu 

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Academic records are maintained by the Office of Admission and Records on the Ukiah Campus. A transcript is a complete record of a student's academic work at Mendocino College.  This includes coursework completed on the Ukiah Campus, at the Lake Center, North County Center, or Coast Center.  Unofficial transcripts are accessible through your MyMendo account under My Grades (click on Academics and then Unofficial Transcript).  Official transcripts must be requested by the student through one of the options provided below.

Online Request

Mendocino College has partnered with Parchment, Inc. to act as an agent for providing official transcripts.  Electronic and printed transcripts may be requested through this service.  The electronic transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript.  You can order official transcripts through this service anytime, 24 hours a day.  You will need a username and password to use this option.  Note the username and password will differ from those used for your MyMendo access.  This service also allows you to check the status of your order and receive email communications about the status of your order.  If you need to send an electronic transcript, you must order your transcripts through Parchment.  The following link will allow you to access the Mendocino College specific site:  https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/32652/account     

In Person Request

You can submit a Transcript Request Form for official transcripts in person at the Office of Admissions and Records on the Ukiah Campus, or through the front desk at the Coast Center, Lakeport Center, or North County Center

Fax Request

You can request official transcripts by fax.  Fax the completed Transcript Request Form to the attention of the Office of Admissions and Records, 707-468-3430.

Mail Request

You can request official transcripts by mail.  Mail the completed Transcript Request Form to the following address:

Transcript Fees

The first two transcripts requested are free to all students.  Free transcripts can only be issued by the Office of Admissions and Records and these requests must be placed via the In Person, Fax, or Mail request options.  After free transcripts have been issued, the following fees apply for all additional transcript requests based upon the type of transcript requested and service requested:
