Course Description
An introduction to the role and responsibilities of a personal care
provider, with an emphasis placed on the laws, regulations, policies, and
ethics that non-professional care givers need to know in order to provide
basic, direct care to adults in a safe and effective manner. Prepares
students for such jobs as In-Home Support Services Worker.
