Course Description
An exploration of theories and practices related to the prevention of
harmful behaviors and the promotion of healthy assets. Risk and
resiliency factors, science-based prevention strategies and model programs
will be explored. The fundamentals of grant writing as a means of funding
prevention programs will also be covered.
