Course Description

Physical and mental conditioning for dances and non-dancers utilizing
beginning and advanced beginning Pilates mat technique. Emphasizes
exercises for improved movement memory, body alignment, strength,
flexibility, control, coordination and breathing. Educates the body to
help prevent new injuries and rehabilitate old injuries.
