Course Description
This course covers fire service and fire protection; career opportunities
in fire protection and related fields; history of fire protection; fire
loss analysis; public, quasi-public, and private fire protection services;
specific fire protection services; fire chemistry and physics. This is a
required course for an Associate Degree in Fire Science.
