This course will teach the history, philosophy and practice of the ancient Chinese therapeutic art of Tai Chi. Student breathing, centering, relaxing and proper movement will be further developed for better balancing of the mind, body and spirit to reduce the effects of stress and improve health. An entire Yang Style Tai Chi short form will be taught.
