The fundamentals of the history, philosophy, and practice of the ancient Chinese therapeutic exercise of T'ai Chi will be introduced. Emphasis will be on breathing, centering, relaxing and proper movement for balancing the mind, body and spirit to reduce the effects of stress and improve health. Martial applications will be introduced to permit better understanding of the movements.
