Last Updated 3/3/2015 1:20 AM
Basic principles of engineering graphics including: orthographic projection, descriptive geometry, and geometric tolerancing are introduced with an emphasis on solutions to mechanical and civil engineering problems in three dimensional space. AudoCAD coverage emphasizes 3D solid modeling, but includes 2D commands and working drawings in a project and oral presentation format. Engineering group design processes are introduced and applied using design contests.
