process of creating and distributing goods from identification of
consumer needs, production, distribution, and consumer satisfaction; and
the dynamic forces affecting marketing practices including: wholesale
and retail operations, advertising, risk bearing, credit, transportation,
merchandising, storing, assembling, grading, and standardizing.
