Enrollment Fees - Non-Resident

Students who have not resided continuously in California for a period of one year and one day immediately preceding the residency determination date will be subject to non-resident tuition in addition to the enrollment fee and other fees paid by all students. The fee for 2011-12 is $195 per semester unit. Fees and tuition are due and payable at the time of registration.

Effective Fall 2013, the non-resident tuition rate will decrease from $200 to $190 per semester unit.

Non-Resident Tuition Refund 

Effective Summer 2009, non-resident fees will be refunded as follows: 

100% refund for drops through the last day of the second week of the semester for full-term courses or drops processed within the first 10% of the course for short-term courses; 100% refund for cancelled classes.
